1. Who we are
This website and the "Smart Email Reply" Chrome extension are operated by Dapeng Liu, an individual (not a registered company), trading as "Top Generation" / "Smart Email Reply", Lerchenstr 10B, 85586 Poing, Germany.
2. The service
Smart Email Reply is a Chrome extension that drafts and rephrases Gmail replies. New accounts receive a starting balance of free credits; additional credits can be purchased as one-time, non-subscription bundles on this site.
3. Payment
Checkout on this site is operated by Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom), our reseller and merchant of record. As merchant of record, Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions — it handles payment processing, calculates and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues invoices for purchases made here.
4. Credits
Purchased credits are added to the account associated with the email provided at checkout. Credits do not currently expire. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Account eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability for damages arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Liability for injury to life, body, or health, and liability under mandatory statutory provisions, remains unaffected by this limitation.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another EU member state, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country still apply and are not affected by this clause.
